You will get paid as soon as an employer of that particular job checks your completed job/work/task and if done correctly then you will get paid and if you feel that you are not paid but you have done the task correctly then you can report the same to the Picoworkers and they will check and pay you if you have done the task correctly. So if you are willing to earn some extra passive income then, this can be a way to make money. You can't be rich by doing these job/work/task but you can definitely make some money. So if you have some extra time then you can give it a try and make some money.
Payment rate : The payment rate for each task depends on the time required to do the task and the toughness of the particular task. Though payment for each job/task is already fixed before you start the job/work/task so not need to worry about payment rate for each job/work/task. And most importantly they will pay you at the rate which is ok as time allocated by you.
